I am a 2nd year Construction Manager student. I am 21 years old. Previously I completed the Diploma of Building Design & Technology at RMIT University. For my blog I have studied the site at Lot 12 Gateway Boulevard, Epping. The site consists of a proposed Warehouse & Office building. Throughout my blog I will be highlighting the main construction stages that are undertaken to complete the building works.
My blog will also consist of exercises that I was required to complete in my tutorials. These exercises include sections and details of commercial type buildings. All the drawings I've provided are my own unless otherwise specified.
