- I am a 2nd year Construction Manager student. I am 21 years old. Previously I completed the Diploma of Building Design & Technology at RMIT University. For my blog I have studied the site at Lot 12 Gateway Boulevard, Epping. The site consists of a proposed Warehouse & Office building.
